This unit describes how and when to properly disclose the brokerage relationship to your clients. This unit will then discuss common problems relating to open houses and home inspections, as well as answers to some frequently asked questions that you’ll likely encounter while representing clients in potentially difficult circumstances.
At the end of this unit, you'll know how to:
- Identify and fulfill a listing agent’s duties related to property inspection, and
- Walk your client through the listing and purchase process.
